Me and my friends had two incredible meals here during our holiday! The food and cocktails are amazing but the best part was the service! Vincent is a wonderful and friendly waiter and really made our experience! Could not recommend enough!

Pizza was amazing! 👏 I had the special, and it was definitely that. Pizza ranges from 10 - 16 euros, so it is very reasonably priced and therefore popular be prepared to have to wait. Good excuse to drink have a large beer or two 🍺

I’ve been staying around Corbieres for 3 months now and Pizza at Paziol’s Le Grand Cafe became our ritual every 2 or 3 weeks. I love the place, I love the stuff (Vincent is great host) and of course - I love Pizza and wine they’re offering. Pizza is made with tasty, quite light and thin dough and best local products - never too rich with toppings - just enough to please you and make you wish for more in a few days time. Also the selection of a local wines! - My favourite - cyrah (ask the stuff for a „red, little house wine”). Goes best with fromage pizza.
I’m a bit ill lately so I need to wait another week or so to visit „Le grand cafe”. And boy… what a good reason to get better as quick as I can!Visited in August 2022
So happy that Le Grand Café is back – with a bang. Amazing pizzas and wine selection, not to mention the super chalereux staff, we felt at home instantly. We’ll be back this summer!

Very welcoming host, English speaking and the best pizzas outside of Italy. Great value too. Worth a visit if you’re camping up the road.

Un serveur d’une gentillesse exceptionnelle, un superbe moment en famille ! Les pizzas sont exquises, le vin délicieux… Une adresse à ne pas manquer ! Je recommande vivement, allez-y les yeux fermés !

What a lovely surprise in the Aude region. Le Grand Café is a lively place from the moment it opens at 5 p.m. The atmosphere and decor are very friendly. Discreet waiter with a great sense of humor...a kind word for every customer! And to finish, delicious and generous pizzas made with excellent fresh produce, made by Thierry, the owner. Not to mention a wide selection of local wines. In short, we can't wait for our next trip to Paziols! Don't hesitate to come back and check and confirm this review.

La pâte est juste délicieuse, aérée et croustillante. Les bords sont à tomber par terre. La sauce tomate est excellente et la garniture est parfaitement équilibrée.
Ni trop , ni trop peu. Même si la boule (entière) de mozzarella trône au milieu des nombreuses tranches de Serrano soigneusement déposées dans l'oeuvre du chef.
La calzone est appétissante.
La Serrano est magnifique visuellement
La reine est delicieuse
La pizza dessert au Nutella est juste parfaite pour le gourmand que je suis.
Les manger sur les planches en bois avec une roulette sur chaque table et des couteaux qui coupent sont des détails très appréciables.
Le lieu est improbable et rien ne peut laisser penser que les pizzas sont aussi bonne.
Et si l'on peut manger sur place sur la terrasse (pas loin de la route) ou a l'intérieur dans un cadre de bar sans réelle décoration, ni charme, c'est le service attentionné de Vincent , la qualité visuelle et gustative des pizzas ainsi que l'excellente playliste qui feront que cette soirée était réussi.

The best pizzas I've eaten in a looooong time. The dough is simply delicious, airy and crispy. The edges are to die for. The tomato sauce is excellent, and the toppings are perfectly balanced. Not too much, not too little. Even if the (whole) ball of mozzarella sits amidst the many slices of Serrano carefully arranged in the chef's masterpiece. The calzone is appetizing. The Serrano is visually stunning. The queen is delicious. The Nutella dessert pizza is just perfect for the gourmand in me. Eating them on the wooden boards with a cutter on each table and knives to cut are very appreciable details. The location is improbable, and nothing would suggest that the pizzas are this good. And while you can eat on the terrace (not far from the road) or inside in a bar setting with no real decor or charm, it's Vincent's attentive service, the visual and taste quality of the pizzas, and the excellent playlist that made this evening a success. Thank you. We'll be back often... starting tomorrow 😊 PS: Sorry, no photos. I didn't have time to think about it because the pizzas were so beautiful. I started eating, and by the time we got out the camera, they were already devoured 😅

Sono rimasto molto sorpreso, non pensavo che da italiano avrei mangiato tra le migliori pizza della mia vita in Francia. La pasta fatta riposare per 4 giorni è ottima, anche i condimenti sono saporiti e creativi. Inoltre il servizio è veloce e efficace, consiglio a chiunque di non perdersi questa pizzeria.

The dough, which has been left to rest for four days, is excellent, and the toppings are also tasty and creative. Furthermore, the service is fast and efficient.
